We felt welcome as soon as we arrived, and the room was beautiful and homely. We had a great sleep, and breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. Kathleen was so nice, as was the other lady we met. All our needs were met, and we'll definitely be back very soon. I did leave a review before, but it went to another place, and they emailed to say it wasn't them. Five stars!

We spent the weekend at the Fairfax guesthouse with my wife, some family and friends. They made us feel welcome from arrival right through to leaving. The rooms were immaculate and clean, and breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. It's also so close to everything. We'd highly recommend this lovely place to stay.

It’s only our first night, but I’d give the place more stars if I could. The host is a pleasure, the other guests were lovely, and everyone’s very friendly. The place is well looked after and breakfast was perfect. I’d highly recommend it.

We stayed at the Fairfax two weeks ago for our anniversary, with our dog misty. Kath was such a lovely lady and couldn't do enough for you. The room was beautiful, and the food was super tasty. We had an amazing time, though the weather let us down. Thank you, Kath. Roz and pat.

It was my first time in skegness, and I found the Fairfax on Google while looking for somewhere dog friendly. The rooms are immaculate, with a lovely shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was the best ever. Kathleen, the owner, really went out of her way to make sure I had an amazing stay. I'll be back with Arnie and Wilson the Dachshunds.
