The owners are great, and the location is great too. The rooms are nicely furnished, with fans provided. Breakfast included gluten-free cereal and a full English as well. You may need to let them know in advance if you'd like them to stock the bread.

Room 6 looks lovely with its new decor, and the bed was really comfy. Colin made us an excellent breakfast again. Sorry, Colin, Charlotte says she’s the boss! 😂 We’ve had another great time and hope the bank holiday weather stays kind to you. See you next year! 👍🌞

We had a cosy room and a comfortable bed for our two-night stay at greystones BnB. It’s in a great spot near the bars, restaurants and shops. Collin and Charlotte were welcoming and happy to stop for a chat, and Collin’s hot breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely come back. Pam and Steve, Leicester.

The location made it easy to get everywhere, and breakfast was amazing. Our beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and tidy, and there was plenty of tea. Charlotte and Colin went above and beyond and nothing seemed too much trouble. We’d highly recommend them and will definitely be back. ⭐️

It was my daughter’s 16th birthday, and the couple made her feel so special. At breakfast, everyone sang Happy Birthday and they brought her a tub of celebration. She’s going through a very low time while having chemo for Hodgkin lymphoma, so that kindness meant a lot. We felt welcome from the moment we opened the front door. Absolutely amazing couple.
