Premier Inn Skegness Seafront

The people working in the on-site pub and restaurant were especially good, working constantly to get visitors seated for food without delays and staying super friendly. Hotel staff were welcoming, attentive and accommodating too. A first-class stay and a fantastic experience. Thank you all.

Breakfast was the best part, and both mornings were great. Fantastic sausages, and the staff were nice and polite. Check-in went well too. I stayed two nights, 11-13th Nov, in a plus room on the 4th floor. It was clean and tidy, with nice towels and bedding and a comfortable bed. I enjoyed it a lot.

The big, deep bath was the only thing the room had going for it. We couldn’t regulate the temperature, it was either hot or cold, and the window couldn’t be opened or closed. The fan either blew warm air or air con, and it was pretty loud. There wasn’t toilet roll either, just those hospital-style paper towels you pull out one sheet at a time. We asked the bloke for a room nearer the elevator because my lass’s legs were agony after walking around all day. To be fair, he did an okay job. But at about 2 or 3 this morning, some melt banged on the wall and woke us both up. Worst night’s sleep ever, my back is in bits and I’ve never woken up like this. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The Travelodge down the road is better and cheaper, with cheaper parking too. Unless you hate someone, in which case I’d absolutely recommend Premier Inn to them. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

The bed felt harder than beds we’ve had at a Premier Inn before, and there was a hole in the wall where a picture had been. Still, for the price and location, we’d use it again as a base for a short family trip. The location is great, and breakfast was good value, especially with a child eating free alongside a paying adult.
