Really enjoyed my stay at this brilliant B&B. It was clean and decorated so nicely. Best B&B in Skegness!

The owners are lovely, and breakfast was A1. We had a great one-night stay at The Southwold. Even though we arrived early, they let us check in ahead of time, which saved us a lot of inconvenience later in the day. Brilliant location. Thanks for having us.

I've stayed four times now. The hosts are brilliant, and the rooms are clean and spacious, with water, a small fridge, shower, WiFi, TV and towels supplied. Breakfast is amazing and fills you up for the day, with toast, jams and orange juice in the morning. Thanks to les and lisa.

On a windy, wet Sunday, Les and Lisa made my friend Christine and me a really tasty feast for breakfast on 2 November. I'd definitely recommend it if you're after a hearty meal.

The owners went out of their way to cook an early breakfast for me because I had an early tee time at north shore golf course. Much appreciated. Five stars from me, and I'll be back.
