Delta Hotels by Marriott Heathrow Windsor

A little updating would help, as the hotel feels somewhat dated. Otherwise, I found it handy for getting to and from the airport, with the motorway close by. Staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful throughout. The restaurant had a decent range of food, and the on-site shop had a surprisingly good selection of snacks and essentials, useful if you arrive late.

I attended a conference and a corporate Christmas party here, and both were very well organized. The event rooms looked lovely, and everything ran smoothly. The food during my stay was fresh, flavorful and nicely presented. My room was comfortable and well equipped, a good place to unwind after the events. From check-in through checkout, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and clearly wanted guests to feel valued. Delta Hotel Windsor exceeded my expectations. I’d happily return for work, a celebration or a relaxing break.

We’ve stayed here twice and would use it again. The rooms are larger than at other airport hotels, the staff are very helpful, and the car park is convenient. It’s easy to reach from the m4. We park here before flying from Heathrow because I don’t like driving around the airport and risking traffic delays. One night’s stay plus parking costs only a little more than parking alone, although you need to add about £30 each way for an Uber or taxi, or use their shuttle.

The rooms are clean and up to a suitable standard, though the hotel is busy and they’re starting to look a bit tired. The lounge is well stocked, with offerings that meet or even exceed the usual standard, and breakfast in the main restaurant is good. It’s well placed for Windsor and Heathrow, but far enough from the airport to avoid the airport hassle. Staff are generally helpful, although a few have a bit of an attitude.
