Our room had everything we needed, including a wardrobe, TV, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, and kettle. It was modest, clean, and comfortable, though one cup still had juice marks in it. I loved the solid wooden beds and slept wonderfully on the comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was very nice, with well-laid tiles that my husband appreciated professionally, plus a bidet and soft, fluffy towels. The toilet seat was worn and scratched, but I really liked the mandarin-scented shampoo. We stayed one night, May 4 to 5, as a family with our 13-year-old. We arrived at 8:30 PM as noted in the booking, but finding the entrance was difficult. We walked around the building several times and found the doors locked, then called to staff we could see through an open utility-room window. One eventually came out and led us to our room in a neighboring building. The lodge is close to Heathrow Airport, and the affordable price and cleanliness make it worth considering. I definitely recommend it.

The room looked great, and the bathroom was very nice, but it stayed cold overnight because the heating wasn't very effective. Soundproofing was weak, so we could hear everything. We stopped for one night before a morning flight and were luckily sent to their other place, The Regent hotel. It was alright, and I could stay there again.

The rooms were fine for a one-day stay, but the location felt remote and the place looked like a ghost house, dark and seemingly empty. At first I wasn't even sure it was the hotel because it was locked. I asked the neighbors where it was, and the owners appeared from somewhere. The neighbors had a negative opinion of it too.

Breakfast was good and enjoyable, and parking had plenty of space. Pets are allowed for a small fee, which is a nice extra. The room was warm, clean, and tidy, with a four-piece en-suite, a good-sized TV, fridge, microwave, and kettle. Despite being close to Heathrow and under the flight path, it was very quiet. Good value.

The room we had was really large, clean, and had very comfortable beds. The TV remote's batteries had corroded, apparently after being left unchanged for a long time, but we could still change channels on the TV itself. When we stayed, the outside looked like a second-hand car and van lot, so I wouldn't judge the place by its exterior.
