Ibis London Heathrow T5

The bar food was tasty, the bar itself was nice, and there was a good choice of drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was okay. I wasn't keen on the sausage, and since I don't eat eggs, scrambled was the only egg option. There was toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, fresh orange and apple juice, tea, and coffee, so all in all, very nice.

Breakfast was good, though tomatoes and mushrooms with the fry-up would've been nice. It was just beans, and the only eggs on offer were scrambled. The evening menu was quite small; I had pizza and chips and it was nice. Staff were really nice, the rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. There's a local pub within walking distance, and the location is ideal for Legoland.

We'd had an awful day after travel problems forced us to spend the night in London, but Phillip and the team greeted us and we felt better straight away. The hotel was ridiculously cheap, yet clean and had everything we needed: a great bed and sheets, good TV, tea and coffee in the room, a bath, decent breakfast, and a basic but very reasonably priced bar. The staff were fantastic. I can't thank them enough.

My flight was cancelled, leaving me stuck in the UK, so I quickly booked this cheaper hotel near the airport. The receptionists were nice, the room was very clean, the shower water was hot, the Wi-Fi worked smoothly, and the bed and pillows felt good. I've been here a few days and haven't had noise problems. There's a little traffic noise, but it never bothered me or my sleep. You might sometimes hear loud kids in the corridor. I haven't tried breakfast, and the snacks are there, though the lunch or late-night bite isn't appealing. It's away from everything, but I'm not going anywhere anyway. Really works perfectly for me.
