We came as a family of two adults and one child before visiting Legoland. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, and the room was clean. There was plenty of space in the accessible room, though the shower head couldn’t be mounted, so you had to hold it the whole time. That may suit wheelchair users, but for us the shower was a big drawback. The lobby had table football, the interior design was nice, the staff were friendly, and there were a few Lego touches around the hotel. The area had some strange people about, the location wasn’t ideal, the parking lot needed a short walk, and there was no little fridge in the room. I didn’t try the gym, but it looked very nice. Breakfast was £10 per person, and a child eats free with two adults. There was a good choice of cereals, peanut butter, and fruit. I missed having fried eggs, but the bacon was delicious and nicely crisp, and the coffee was decent. Better value than finding breakfast in town, I think. I’d recommend the hotel and give it 4.5 stars. Thanks.

The reception team were consistently pleasant, professional, and helpful whenever we passed by. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable, and the service and location were also five-star. What bothered me was paying well ahead under a locked-in Bonvoy member offer, then seeing the same stay listed at a rate 15% lower shortly after we arrived. Being told we were getting a “special members rate” makes that hard to take. Not good.

After a booking.com host let us down, we struck out with several hotels around Windsor and Slough before finding Moxy. Just before 1am, the manager was keen to find us a room, and it was very clean. We were really grateful, especially as the price was brilliant given the circumstances. The staff were cheerful, polite, and so friendly. 10/10, we’ll stay again! ☺️

I got turned around trying to find the car park, but Christian the supervisor was brilliant and pointed me straight to it. Christina also gave me helpful advice on catching a tube into central London. The staff were kind and amazing throughout. From my first call to ask about the hotel, everything went smoothly. The room was clean and good, the shower was great, and they provided an extra pillow and free welcome drinks. I’d definitely recommend it. Thanks to the supervisor for all the help.

The train station is just a short distance away, and the hotel is well connected for getting around London. Tesco and plenty of restaurants are nearby too, which makes things convenient. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and always spotless when we stay. We keep coming back to Moxy in Slough whenever we’re in London, and the service has been top-notch every time. The staff are friendly and attentive, and Anu deserves a special mention. During a recent incident she handled things professionally and with real personal care, making us feel valued. Her warm manner adds a lot, and she’s a real asset to the team. She deserves recognition, whether that’s a raise or promotion. We always look forward to coming back and highly recommend the hotel.
