The event venue is a big open space, and the rooms are clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, with excellent customer service. For me, this is the best place to stay in Birmingham. Many thanks, 10/10.

The kitchen was disgusting, and the bathroom was broken with water pooled on the floor. It was dirty, and communication was poor. There weren’t any appliances for us as hosts to maintain it either. A horrible experience.

For a short layover, it was decent enough for what I paid. The room stayed ice cold even with the heating switched on.

Everything was perfect and spotless, and the atmosphere was brilliant. The staff were funny, brilliant and one in a million. I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely go back. Guaranteed. I’d recommend it to everyone booking there. ACE!
