The staff were polite and helpful, and my room was spacious, though the bed was low, as it is in accessible rooms. It's a quiet location with free parking and good links to NEC. There's a Beefeater next door and a Sainsbury's Local opposite.

A lovely, quiet spot for a night, with easy routes to nearby towns and villages. Getting to and from the BP pulse arena was hassle-free too. I'd come back!

Mia at Reception made things easy, from booking the meal deal to finding me an iron and ironing board. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and the Beefeater food was lovely and good value. The room was comfortable too. An ideal two-night stop while I was at an exhibition at the NEC. Neil

I needed somewhere to stop overnight before a meeting the next day. The location was very quiet, the staff extremely friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect, with great table service. I'll be back.

We spent two nights here and couldn't fault things from check-in onward. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly, and our clean room had a very comfortable bed. We slept well, with the window open and a fan on. Even though the hotel is near a road, we heard no traffic noise. The Beefeater is right next door. Julie, who served our breakfast, was cheerful, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the food from breakfast through to our evening meal and would recommend both staying here and eating at the restaurant.
