There were 13 of us, children and a dog included, and everyone had plenty of room in this lovely, comfortable house. We’ve just come back from five wonderful days at West Down farm. Sally gave us a friendly welcome, and the cream tea was a lovely touch. We all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna!

We had everything we needed for a lovely weekend with friends, including endless towels and nearby shops for anything we’d forgotten. The pizza oven worked amazingly, and the beach was half an hour away by car. Sally was easy to reach and helped organise the weekend. The house was amazing for 18 of us celebrating my partner’s 30th birthday.
