2bed Apt - City Centre With Balcony - Sleeps 6

The beds weren’t prepared when we arrived, some bedding was missing, and there was no soap or shampoo. After a long travel day, that was a frustrating start. Finding the apartment had been a struggle too: we booked it as “Home Away Southampton,” a name nobody we asked along High Street recognized, and we spent over an hour trying to locate it. Google Maps showed “2bed Apt - City Centre With Balcony - Sleeps 6,” while the pinned address at 118 High St was about half a mile from the actual place. The apartment itself might be fine, but the confusing listing, poor communication, and lack of attention to detail need sorting out.
