The owners were great. They even rang before I arrived to warn me about traffic getting into Southampton. The room was a good size, cosy, clean, and well kept. I spent the weekend here and had a great time. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again. (Maria, Liverpool)

Being able to walk into the city centre and to nearby shops and pubs was really handy. I liked the decor and facilities when I stayed during the first week it opened, and Mark (the owner) was friendly and easy to talk to. I enjoyed it enough to book again for the following week. It's a great idea if you want the convenience of a B&B but would rather cook than eat out every night, or if you don't eat much breakfast. Five stars from me.

Good value and a clean, well-stocked house made this a great self-catering option in Southampton. If the weather's good, the big back garden is a nice extra. Highly recommend.

The hosts were friendly, and the stay was comfortable and peaceful, close to Southampton city centre. Great location and good value. One breakfast tip: Hallidays is only a 10-minute walk from number 10, and the breakfast was fantastic.
