This was easily the most comfortable stay I’ve had in all my travels. The beds at Seymour house were absolute heaven, like sleeping on a cloud, and the apartment was well stocked. When we needed anything, it was no trouble. Communication was fast and easy too. It was a very late, same-day last-minute booking, but Neil and Chris were amazing at getting us in. I highly recommend Seymour House or Smart apartments for a stay.

Chris made the whole process simple for us. We’ve been booking Smart apartments for an employee who’s away from home for weeks at a time, and the places have been clean, stylish and comfortable. The company is easy to reach, efficient and polite, and they do what they can to help. I’d happily recommend them and would book for my own trips too. We spent three months here and had a great time throughout. The modern apartment had everything we needed, plus a bit more, and worked really well for a longer stay. Whenever we needed help, Neil was quick to respond and very helpful. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area. One of our best experiences :)

Whenever I need somewhere to stay in Southampton, Smart apartments will be my first call. They offer lovely places with what you need for an easy stay, whether you’re there for a weekend or a couple of months. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are only a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. I’d recommend it.
