Emma is so attentive, and she prepares lovely breakfasts. She can also make one available to take with you if you need to leave early. I had a really lovely time at the Mooring B&B. It’s quiet, and the room is comfortable. Thank you. Laurent

I loved this B&B and have already booked my next two stays. My Seaview room was lovely and clean, with everything I needed, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. All the information was provided in the bedroom. Emma and John were helpful and friendly, with good communication from booking through to departure. Breakfast was amazing, and Emma went above and beyond to meet my dietary needs.

Emma was wonderful, welcoming and really helpful with local information, and her breakfasts were fantastic. We spent two nights in the twin room for a short getaway. It was compact but comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend it!

Emma was fantastic and made sure I knew local places to eat and drink. Breakfast was delicious, and the room had all the amenities I needed. I stayed overnight for work and had a very pleasant experience. Emma was welcoming when I booked, and she personally received and acknowledged my reservation as soon as I confirmed it, which put my mind at ease as I was travelling alone. I’d definitely recommend staying here. It’s well priced and in a very good location.

Breakfast was amazing, and my partner said it was the softest bed he’d ever slept on! Emma was so sweet and accommodating. The room was spacious, with a lovely little en-suite. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a visit to Southend. I’ll certainly come back.
