They cancelled my booking after three card payments were declined, even though I had money in my bank. They said their machine was playing up. I had no trouble booking another hotel, so I suspect they didn't want a one night weekend stay.

Nice service and an excellent venue. I'd happily book again anytime, and would recommend it.
