Candice and Trent made our visit to the bar such a fantastic experience. They were welcoming from the start, attentive, and happy to help. The place had a great vibe, and their friendly, professional service really stood out. You could tell they cared about making everyone feel looked after. We'd gladly come back for drinks.

It was quiet, good value, and just right for my basic needs. The room was clean, warm, and had an en suite that worked well. It's basic, but not in a bad way. There are no meals or breakfast at the moment, which was fine as there are other places to eat. Check-out is late morning, handy for a lie-in after climbing Ben Nevis, or if you want to drive over to the UK's tallest mountain early. The room had a nice welcome chocolate both times I stayed. The people were extremely helpful and kind, and they made sure I could get in late at night on my first visit. I was delayed by a mobile home crash on a rural road that left me stuck, and on another occasion my car ran out of juice, so I had to wait for breakdown and recovery. Neither was a problem for them.

The room had a comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. The bar was nice, and the guy running it and the hotel was great. The rooms did feel a bit run down, though, with wobbly taps, home-done electrics, and tatty decor.

We got caught in a storm and crashed into a tree during an unplanned visit to highland bridge hotel. The host only had one single room and there was no power, but still put us up and did everything possible to help. The staff were friendly. With power working, I imagine it would be a very cozy little hotel with a nice bar.
