This was our second weekend stay, and we'll keep using it as a base for London because it's so much cheaper than staying in the capital. Our family room was a good size, the beds were very comfy, and it was quiet despite being so close to the M1. My husband did have trouble with very noisy neighbours next door, but inconsiderate people can be an issue anywhere, so I don't blame the hotel. Elaine at breakfast deserves a special mention. She was so friendly and welcoming, worked hard to keep the restaurant clean and stocked, and nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay extra special and is a credit to Premier Inn.

The beds were lovely to fall asleep in, and it was quiet even though the place was busy. Our room was clean and lovely, although the bathroom floor was a little dogie. Breakfast was brilliant, and we had the continental. Staff were so helpful, and brilliant with the kids. A very convenient place to stay.

The team really made my visit at the Luton South Premier Inn. They were friendly, helpful and clearly trying hard to look after guests despite what seemed like a shortage of cleaning staff. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and suited what I needed. Breakfast was fresh and had good choices, and having a Harvester right next door was a real bonus for meals. Very good stay, and I'd definitely return, especially because of the staff.

It's a bed in a box, but better than some nearby options. Free parking and easy access to the M1 are handy, and the Harvester in the car park is there if you want food. I don't use the hotel's food facilities. The room had a desk, useful for working on my laptop, and the bed was clean and comfy. This is my default stopover in the area now, and I'd happily recommend it.

Very disappointing Premier Inn visit this time. At 11.30pm we had to move rooms because a leaky shower had flooded the bathroom. The second room was dirty, with holes in the walls and faulty plug sockets. Cars gathering for a car show made it noisy in the morning. Under Premier Inn's sleep guantee, they've offered nothing in return. They say my photos aren't enough to prove what happened.
