St Austell is a lovely choice if you want a peaceful stay in an English town by the sea. My friend and I had a great time at Bankside B & B. Li was especially kind and helpful, and clearly cares about her guests. Our room was cosy, clean, and comfortable, and the full English breakfast was both tasty and filling. I highly recommend it.

The garden was lovely and peaceful, and the house is both calm and conveniently close to the station. We only stayed one night, but had an amazing time with my partner. Li is such a lovely person, very attentive and thoughtful. The house is 200 years old and has a fascinating history. Our room was lovely, and the bed and pillows were SO comfortable. I'd really recommend staying here if you're passing through st Austell. Thanks so much, Li. I hope I get to see you again someday 😊

Our host was very personable and took good care of what we needed for breakfast. We stayed in the Loft, a spacious, recently converted loft at Bankside. It was immaculate, with relaxing decor and a simple but thoughtful jug of drinking water alongside the tea and coffee. I'd certainly stay here again if I'm in the area.

Lee was such a kind and helpful landlady, and breakfast the next morning was outstanding. We were lucky to get the large double room when it became available, for our one-night stay in May. We'll definitely come back when we're near St Austell :)
