The room was cold and we couldn't get the radiator to stay on for long. It shut off shortly after we turned it on, and it felt like they might be cutting corners on heating. Rest was hard too, with a pub directly below the hotel and noise continuing late into the night. There was also confusion over the bathroom. The barman who handed us the key said the hotel had only one twin room with an en-suite, but the bathroom was actually outside our room. We had to go through the hallway whenever we needed to use it. The experience was far from pleasant, especially given what you'd expect for basic comfort, a warm room and a private bathroom.

We had a clean, nicely priced room with a smart TV, and the service was fab. This lovely B&B sits above a pleasant little pub, around a 15-20 minute walk from Charlestown Harbour.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and we slept well in a comfy bed. For an old pub, the room was great, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom.

The free pool table was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly. The new owners are making a real effort to bring the place along with fresh decor, quizzes and live music.

We found parking available and had a lovely stay in a spacious room. I was here for the Eden Session, and the train station shuttle was about a 15-minute walk away. The barman was really friendly, and there was a lovely atmosphere with the locals.
