Beautiful ensuites in every bedroom, and the whole property gets lovely sunshine. This is luxurious rental accommodation, superbly furnished and in a great spot at the top of Mevagissey. Highly recommended.

We loved spending a week at Linton. Mike and Caroline are such wonderful hosts, and this was easily the best bed and breakfast of our trip. After staying in other hotels and guesthouses, we really missed the comfort here and our hosts while we were away. 1+ with ***

We loved our three nights over New Year. The superior room had lovely countryside views, was very comfortable, and had plenty of storage. The shower was hot, and the whole place was immaculate, with clear attention to detail. Breakfast had a great choice and was cooked perfectly. Meva, with lots of good restaurants, is a seven-minute walk away, and it’s a great base for visiting South Cornwall. Mike and Caroline are a lovely couple who go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be, sharing local tips and the quickest routes.

We spent a thoroughly enjoyable week here in July 2018. The rooms are modern, and the breakfasts are to die for. Mike and Caroline are fantastic hosts, happy to help with anything and full of information about the West Country. The guest house is delightful, nearly new and very up to date. The house was immaculately clean and well presented, and the hosts were friendly. There’s a good breakfast choice, good WiFi coverage, and a Smart TV in the bedroom for catching up on on-demand shows. The modern ensuite has a really powerful shower and large towels. We’d stay here again.
