The apartment was spacious and clean, with two good-sized rooms and a private bathroom for the larger one. The owner was helpful and easy to reach, and arranging things directly was straightforward. The location is central and smart. I imagine the view is great, but the weather meant we couldn't see the sea. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place in northern Cornwall.

These are apartments with keys kept in a lockbox, and there's no help with luggage. Wheelchair access isn't easy, though I managed fine on crutches.

The apartments are modern, tidy, and in a gated complex near amenities. The owners were helpful, but didn't mention the roadworks that lasted all week. There was noise and the road surfaces were uneven. On top of that, the fire alarm went off early and kept going for about 20 minutes, waking everyone. Nobody slept after that. We'd still come back, hopefully with less noise.

The soundproofing was awful for a relatively new building. We could hear someone moving around upstairs like an elephant, and the electrics tripped three times. The owner treated us as if we were stupid and was awful. The apartment is in the middle of nowhere beside a very busy road, and I'd hate to be there in peak summer. I loved Cornwall and would return, but not here.

I usually stay in hotels on business trips, but tried an apartment this time and would do that again. It was lovely and well located. I loved it.
