Seaside Retreat

We had a great three-night family holiday and would come back. The apartment was lovely, well looked after, and even had a little goodie bag waiting for us. They’d stocked things like washing-up liquid, tea towels and dishwasher tablets, so we brought a lot we never needed. We also enjoyed the Cornwall edition monopoly. The beds were very comfy if you like a supportive, firmer mattress without foam. The modern bathrooms were great, with two bathrooms for the family, and the bath was especially good and bigger than average for tall people. The conservatory was a sun trap where we had breakfast every morning, the recliner sofas were comfy, and there were three smart TVs around the house. The main issue was parking. The garage mentioned at booking was too small for a Vauxhall Astra, and although there were numbered spaces outside, there wasn’t one for number 13. We got a first-come, first-served visitor space by luck when someone left. If all the spaces are full, you’d have to drive to the train station car park and pay.
