Premier Inn St. Neots - A1/Wyboston

I stayed one night at the St Neots site. My first room was nice enough, but the neighbour was very noisy. Reception said there were no other rooms available. Later, while we were having a drink at The Crown across from the hotel, Lauren from reception came to find us. She’d heard the noise herself in our room and managed to move us to another one. She even gave our son some chocolate biscuits. Lauren made our stay so much better. Thank you!

We were staying here for a long time after a house flood, which was a difficult situation for my family and me. The staff did a brilliant job of making us comfortable throughout. Andy went above and beyond to meet our needs, and everyone else was great too, from the manager to the cleaners. I didn’t get everybody’s names, but we appreciated the service so much.

The bedroom was spacious and really clean, and breakfast at the neighbouring pub was top notch. Lauren on reception was lovely and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived.

We’ve stayed at several Premier Inns, and this was one of the nicest. The reception team were friendly and knew their stuff, especially Andy and Lianne. Our experiences at The Crown next door were less consistent, though, ranging from excellent to barely acceptable.
