Kate and the team made us feel so well looked after, and the place was set up beautifully for our birthday surprise weekend. The living room had birthday banners, balloons and a thoughtful card from everyone. It was much appreciated and made our night. The accommodation was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. There’s no TV in the bedroom, but that wasn’t a big deal. It did mean we actually talked before bed. A pub and corner shop are two minutes away on foot, and takeaways are easy to get to. After a very stressful year, we really needed that lovely weekend. I can’t fault the stay and will definitely come back. Thank you!

I stayed in different apartments here for a year while working on a 12-month project. Having the freedom to cook proper food was a definite plus compared with a Premier Inn. Shops and pubs are within walking distance, and Stafford town centre is walkable too, depending on how fit you are.

We were in Stafford for an event at The County Showground, which is very close by. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped, and only a short distance from the town centre. I’ve stayed at other BELL Apartments properties several times, and they all feel like a home away from home.

The bed was really comfortable, and the apartment was spotless and clearly well cared for by Bell Apartments. It had everything we needed, whether for a short visit or a longer stay. With town, shops and a pub close by, the location worked very well. The customer service was amazing.

The apartment was nicely furnished and had a kitchen, and its location just north of Stafford centre was convenient. I was disappointed that nobody replied to my email about the service and safety issues we encountered. We stayed four nights and had only one partly used toilet roll. We couldn't find any spares, so we bought more from the local Co-op. The shower was initially set to a scalding temperature, and its control was so stiff my wife couldn't move it using the button. I had to grip the knob with a dry towel to get it to 38C. It could probably do with some lubrication. The vacuum looked modern and was rechargeable, but its roller was matted with several layers of hair. It couldn't even pick up a few crumbs.
