This is one of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The bed was comfortable, it’s always quiet, and the location just off the motorway probably helps keep away people getting drunk and rowdy. We always get a good night’s sleep here. The rooms are clean, staff friendly, and breakfast is nice. I’d suggest ordering poached eggs, made fresh to order, since fried ones can go rubbery under the heat lamps. There’s no restaurant or bar in the hotel, so you need to go next door. It’s a nice pub, but it can get busy, so book a table. A good standard Premier Inn.

Jane made us feel so welcome, and Jordon was a lovely lad. The people here really do make a difference. Breakfast was especially amazing, and we had a lovely stay. Hats off to Will in the kitchen.

Mariyam deserves a special thank you for being so kind and supportive. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. I had a really nice stay at Premier Inn Hurricane Stafford and would happily come back.

Mariyam's calm, caring support helped ease my mind when travel uncertainty from the Middle East tensions had me quite stressed. Her warmth and professionalism made a real difference to what could have been a much harder situation. Premier Inn Hurricane, Stafford (UK) was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming and supportive throughout. I appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay again.

The location was great, and when a couple of things went wrong in our room, the front desk did what they could to put them right. It’s a busy, stressful place to work, yet the team were fantastic. Paula and Jayne took such good care of us at breakfast, and Holly at the Front Desk was fantastic too. You all really show what hospitality means.
