Clarendon Wraysbury Hall

The apartments are okay, if a bit dated, and the location is nice. What let this stay down was the painfully slow internet from the individual in-room 4G Wi-Fi devices. They showed one bar of 4G at best and kept dropping out for as long as an hour before reconnecting by chance. Even EE's coverage map marks the area as a 4G blackspot. I raised it with the Clarendon Office, but got no useful response, just confirmation of my next booking later in the year. The in-room TVs may be the smallest I've seen in my regular international travels. Larger ones wouldn't cost much, especially for apartments set up for longer stays, and even cheap hotels at half the price have bigger screens. I've stayed at two other Clarendon locations around London. Despite this being where their admin office is, it feels let down by cheap choices in technology, appliances and decor.

Lots of parking, and the landscaped gardens run down to The river Thames. The Tudor House has been carefully converted into elegant, spacious apartments. Perfect!

It's always clean and neat, with pleasant staff and a wonderful team. Wraysbury Hall is close to Staines on Thames, the highway and other local areas. You can't go wrong choosing it.

I was working nearby, so stayed at Wraysbury Hall for a week. The gardens and facilities are amazing, and you get views over the Thames. A great place, highly recommended.
