Premier Inn Staines Upon Thames

Tesco and Pret a Manger are right downstairs, so popping out was easy. We arrived late, but the secure entry and check-in still worked smoothly. A staff member helped when we couldn’t get the room cards activated. The room was spacious and stayed at a good temperature overnight, with the usual spare pillows and a decent firmness. We spent the morning relaxing in the comfy bed and watching the Winter Olympics on TV. Checking out was just dropping the key card in the Perspex box by the exit. Excellent location, 5/5.

The buffet breakfast was fresh and had a great selection, and the rooms were comfortable, quiet, and had effective blackout curtains. We were here for 6 nations rugby. Staff were welcoming, and the station and local shops are a short walk away. There’s a large car park at the nearby shopping centre, £12 for 24 hours. Excellent value.

We were mostly here to sleep while visiting friends, but the staff were always up for a chat and made us feel welcome. Another great Premier Inn stay, this time at a different location. The room was comfortable as usual, and that amazing bed made for a really good night’s sleep.

The food and atmosphere were great, but what made the restaurant visit memorable was the care from Nameera and Ana. They welcomed us warmly, checked in at the right moments, and handled everything with a smile and real professionalism. You can tell they take pride in their work. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived and would happily come back because of them. They’re a credit to the Staines Premier Inn team, highly recommended!
