The MOT was sorted quickly, and the lady I spoke to was helpful both when booking and during my visit. At the bay, a gent greeted me by name and pointed out a place to wait inside reception. The welcome there was friendly, and the cosy room had loads of cool memorabilia. I was a bit hungover and didn’t feel like chatting much, but I could sit comfortably and watch something on my phone without being disturbed. It was just the balance I needed. We had friendly chats when they came up, and the whole thing felt professional. Thank you so much!

On holiday in Whitby for a week, I noticed a grinding noise from the front driver’s side, so I called into the garage on the off chance they could check it. They were helpful and looked straight away. Good thing they did, the coil spring had broken. I left the car there, and it was fixed first thing Tuesday. Really reasonable price and a brilliant company. All the staff were fantastic. If you have car trouble, especially while on holiday, I’d recommend them.

I picked up a huge screw in my tyre while on holiday, with a drive of more than 5 hours home ahead of me.
