The room was clean and well equipped, and staff were friendly and professional. Someone was always around if we had a question or needed anything. There was a good menu with gluten free choices, reasonable prices, and very good service. The location also gives easy driving access to the Broads, the coast, and Norwich.

The lunch portions are generous and filling without leaving you bloated, and the food arrives hot with delicious flavours and textures. Staff are polite, attentive, and always helpful without hovering. Sunday lunch is well worth a visit.

The room was okay, and the girls working in food service were fantastic. The cleaning was passable, but the details were missed, like the very thick dust on top of the headboard, which was easy to see. I also wasn't sure about the manager. I gave the redheaded girl a £20 service tip, then the manager snatched it out of her hand. I'm not sure we'll return.

My husband and I really enjoyed Sunday lunch. The roasts are lovely and the prices were good. It would be nice to see some other menu options too. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

We've stayed here many times, usually in one of the chalets because we bring our dog. They're spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and there's plenty of food to choose from, always good value. Special thanks to Mario for the great service.
