The room was small, and there was a dirty nappy in the bathroom. It also wasn't the place we'd booked. The lady brought us there, left us, and went away. When the manager came the next day to check if everything was okay, we said no, this wasn't what we'd booked. He apologised and showed my girlfriend the amenities downstairs, but by then we'd decided to leave and had booked somewhere else. He said he would have moved us to a better place, but if he'd done that from the start, we wouldn't have felt so awkward and uncomfortable. We left the keys in the locked safe and went. I won't be hurrying back.
