I loved my stay so much I booked my next one straight away for the following week in SuA. Alan was a warm, welcoming host, attentive and in quick, regular contact. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was superbly comfortable. The large off-street parking, fridge, and hot drinks setup were useful bonuses. If you can, book room 4, the bath and layout worked perfectly for me.

I've stayed here on every visit to Stratford-upon-Avon, and plan to come back again. Room 4, the deluxe king, is worth recommending because it's large and spacious. The room was tidy, clean, and really comfortable. It's a short walk to the town centre and the RSC, which makes the location amazing. Though it's on a main road, the triple glazing blocks nearly all the traffic noise.

A hearty breakfast and a very comfortable bed set me up well for three lovely days in the area. I had a welcoming stay, and the place is only a 15-minute walk from the train station, close to everything Stratford-upon-Avon has to offer. Thank you.

The proprietor was friendly and accommodating, and pointed us towards good places to eat and pubs in stratford. Our room was very clean, with a large comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. We stayed for two nights and would definitely recommend the place and come back.

The location was brilliant, the parking was great, and the place was spotless, with a good choice at breakfast. We had a great four-night stay starting in July 2017, and everyone on staff was so nice and excellent in every way. Andrea and Alan, you won't go wrong staying at this gem.
