Three Ways Farmhouse B&B

Phillipa and Richard were so hospitable, and nothing was too much trouble. We had three nights with the grandchildren, who loved the games room, swings, and riverside walks. The rooms were large and comfortable, and Phillip cooked an amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. It’s well placed for Warwick Castle, Stratford on Avon, and more. Hope to return soon.

A lovely family runs the place, and breakfast was great. It’s a very quiet location with clean rooms, and the doubles were large. I stayed in the single, which had what looked like a small double bed. Its bathroom was separate, just across the landing, and only for the single room. Highly recommend if you’re looking to recharge.

We had the double room with an ensuite bathroom and shower, and breakfast was included. The owner cooks it fresh to order. The hosts are great, and I can highly recommend this absolutely stunning place, away from the stress of day-to-day life. Trust me, it won’t disappoint.

Philip and his family made us feel so welcome. We were coming to a wedding nearby, and our other accommodation cancelled the day before we were due to travel. I called Philip at 9pm, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. They had a room free and even provided a cot for our toddler. The place was warm and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic, and we felt very welcome. Thank you, we’ll certainly return if we’re in the area again.
