We had a wonderful stay with our group of 15. The house is even better than its pictures suggest, and there was everything we needed and more. Our host was accommodating and easy to reach whenever needed. The location is fabulous, and we’ll definitely be back.

We had such a good family stay at East Church House that we didn’t want to leave after the weekend. The kitchen was the best stocked I’ve ever seen in a place we’ve stayed, and every room was finished to a very high standard. It’s a spectacular property, just right for getting a large group together. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

East Church House is huge, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. We loved the characterful, beautifully decorated rooms and how clean and thoughtfully equipped the house was. It has a peaceful setting that feels like a break from everyday busyness, while still being a short walk from the centre of Strathaven, a lovely town to explore. We had an amazing weekend and can’t wait to come back for our third stay. The historic charm and modern comforts work really well together, and I’d highly recommend the house to anyone visiting the area.

The house was immaculate, and the host couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful time celebrating my mum’s 60th birthday here, and the location was wonderful too. I can’t speak highly enough of the place.

The house was a perfect fit for our extended family. Every room had plenty of space, some of them ridiculously large, and the location was perfect too. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend it to everyone.
