Clock House B&B

Those homemade jams made from fruit in the garden were a real treat, and I looked forward to breakfast each morning. We spent three nights at Clock House, where Chris and Mella were kind and welcoming throughout. They’ve made the B&B feel cosy and homely, and we’d love to return for that friendly atmosphere.

The immaculate property and delicious breakfast made our weekend in Dorset a pleasure. Kate and I were in the area working at a wedding, and Mella and Chris were such accommodating, lovely hosts. The location was superb too. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re down this way.

The rooms and gardens were spotless, and the grounds are gorgeous. We had a great few days working from the B&B in the mornings and exploring Dorset in the evenings. Chris and Mella were interesting, positive company, usually with their dogs Tizzy and Ben nearby. They were flexible about breakfast, set us up with a place to work, and provided what we needed for takeaway lunches. The local town has plenty of good places to eat. Thanks for a great stay, we’re sure to return.

We were in Marnhull for a family wedding, and Pat and Ann, who were standing in while the owners were away, took great care of us all. Breakfasts were a lovely social occasion, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we could need. We felt exceptionally welcome and would highly recommend the Clock House B&B.
