Premier Inn Sunbury - Kempton Park

The staff made the stay easy, always friendly, professional, and ready to help. Getting around was convenient too, with transport and nearby attractions within easy reach. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and I slept well in the very comfortable bed. The room had what I needed for a good night’s rest. I found it good value and would recommend Premier Inn Sunbury (Kempton Park) to anyone after a comfortable, stress-free stay.

Leaving was a hassle because a cherry picker was on the car park level where I’d parked, blocking me from getting out easily. Earlier, I’d also been given incorrect parking advice, so I spent the stay worried I might get fined. The room was filthy, and when I asked for it to be cleaned, nobody came, so I had to get fresh towels myself. I have asthma and know how poorly maintained air conditioning or heating can affect me. The system here made me seriously ill, and I had to see a doctor and take antibiotics. I feel I could sue them. Breakfast was cold and dry, even though I wanted it later, not early. That’s no excuse for the food, and there wasn’t any juice either. The whole experience was an absolute joke.

We’ve already stayed here twice, and have another visit coming up. Sunbury Station is a five minute walk away, with trains straight into London. The food is lovely, and parking is secure without costing a silly amount. The staff are great. Tegan Jean & Agneio were fantastic. The rooms could use updating, as some people have said, but it’s a lovely quiet place.

The staff were amazing, and the food was good, but the hotel didn’t feel like the usual Premier Inn experience I’ve come to expect. It seems run down and in need of some TLC or renovation. During my two nights, I had to change rooms after finding no hot water at the bathroom sink, though the shower worked. In the second room, the toilet seat lid came off. There also seemed to be a leak on the 8th floor. Dust on top of the headboard and toilet roll holder made the room cleanliness disappointing. The TV picture and sound were poor and it looked outdated, although the second room had a more modern TV.
