It’s a really relaxing place, with a lovely conservatory dining room for breakfast and a separate lounge. The rooms feel airy and modern, are very clean and well thought out, and the facilities are great. The hosts were wonderful. It’s an easy, pleasant 15 minute walk along the seafront to central Swanage. I’d love to return and would happily stay here again.

The B&B is just a few steps from Swanage seafront, and the welcome and communications were very friendly. Parking on site is limited. Inside, the modern rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished, with gorgeous clean ensuite shower rooms. Breakfast in the downstairs conservatory was delicious, with complimentary cold water, fresh yoghurt and raspberry compote, plus a fantastic cooked plate made to order. Perfect for a night, a long weekend or even a week.

A beautiful guest house in a fabulous location, and we’ll be back. It was spotless and friendly, with a smashing room, comfortable bed and ensuite. Breakfast was gorgeous too: the fresh fruit salad was delicious and the cooked food was made to order. Kaye and all her staff were very friendly and helpful. We’d give it 11 out of 10 if we could! The room was huge, bright and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a nice partial sea view. I also appreciated the tray with lots of tea options. Kate welcomed us warmly and was friendly and helpful, and all the staff were lovely. Breakfast was amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another stay before leaving. A real hidden gem 💎, highly recommend if you’re going to Swanage.

It’s about a fifteen minute walk to the town centre, and the continental and English breakfasts are both high quality. I had four wonderful days at the Castleton Bed and Breakfast. Kate greeted me warmly and was attentive throughout. The building was spotless, and my airy room was comfortable, with quality linen, mattress and pillows, plus a selection of teas and coffee. I slept very well. Perfect!
