The hosts were very helpful, even adjusting breakfast times to suit us and putting together great picnic lunches. We got a warm welcome and a fabulous breakfast, and the location by the beach is superb.

Everyone here made us feel so welcome. This is a lovely bed and breakfast run to a really high standard. Thanks for making our weekend at the Swanage Blues festival so enjoyable, and for being so cyclist friendly.

We could just make out the ocean from our bay window, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities. It stayed quiet at night even though the road is a fairly busy route to the beach, since most of the traffic disappears then. The beach is only a couple of minutes away. The full English breakfast was a highlight, and we could customise our order each day. Our friendly hosts worked hard and checked on us several times over breakfast to make sure everything was right. Hope to visit again.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Sandhaven. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, and breakfast was generous. John and Martine are excellent hosts. It's an easy walk to the beach and everything Swanage has to offer. Can't wait to return, thank you 😊
