Sharon from kg inspired was so kind and helpful, honestly the nicest person. Nothing was too much trouble. If I needed to talk to her and she wasn't available, she'd call back and answer my questions. She treated us like family. Mary & paul

We were comfortable in both apartments and stayed for a month. Nearly everything we needed was there. I understood that there was no washing machine because it was short stay accommodation. The only issue was the bedding: even after we asked, none was provided for changing the sheets, so we had to buy our own. Given how long we were there, we expected the sheets to be changed. Otherwise, we really liked the apartments. Thank you.

The bed mattress was basically just springs and so uncomfortable that we had to buy a topper to get any sleep. We both have had a bad rash since staying in room 8. The bathroom smelled of dirty pipes, and the laundry has been flooded for three days. Parking at Copper is ridiculous, the location is bad, there's no lighting in the entry, and it's noisy. We've made several calls since 7th October and complained to customer service, but only one thing has been fixed. Sharon from Sales has been an absolute Angel, though. She's gone way beyond her role to help us. Thank you, Sharon.

After another booking fell through, the guys at KG inspired, especially Lauren, helped us book at the last minute late at night. The customer service was absolutely top notch. Lauren checked in on us, arranged a late checkout, helped find local places to eat, and was genuinely lovely. Her friendliness made an already good stay even better. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a great spot for exploring the beautiful beaches and waterfalls, with everything we wanted within 30-45 minutes.
