Langland Road - 2 Bedroom Town House

I grew up in Mumbles, but with no family left in the area I needed somewhere to use as a base on a recent trip. Langland Road B&B was perfect. David and Giles were incredibly hospitable, and the whole place was clean, cosy and comfortable. The apple tree outside was a lovely touch. I loved it.

We’ve stayed twice now, and it’s been brilliant both times. Breakfast is just right, and apparently you can get those sausages at M&S. You’re left to your own devices, which suits us. Just don’t book the courtyard room, that one’s mine. The shower’s a bit funky and definitely wakes you up. Those boys have it just right.

The room and en-suite were spotless, and the bed was so comfortable. David and Giles were lovely, attentive hosts, and breakfast was delicious. The B&B is in a superb spot, close to shops and other amenities, with Mumbles’ beautiful beaches and promenade an easy walk away. Tea and coffee in the room were topped up each day. We couldn’t have asked for more, and would happily stay again or recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were so attentive while we ate. My sister and I got a warm welcome when we arrived, and the room was nicely presented with everything we needed. Having an en-suite was lovely too. I’d definitely come back.
