The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. It did the job for two nights, though it wouldn’t take much to bring it up to five-star standard. The sofa stain could use a clean, there were a few spots needing paint touch-ups, and the carpets were ripped.

It’s very good value for money and otherwise a very good place to stay. The location works well for visiting places around Swansea. A few bathroom items might need checking to make sure they’re working properly.

I love the location, but the flats on the top floor, apart 4 and 2, are noisy at all hours.

Everything you need is there, and it’s clean and tidy, quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely stay again.

It’s well furnished and in a good location. Also, a great excuse to have Pizza Hut for every meal.
