Amy and Aaron took such good care of us, with friendly, attentive service and lots of extra effort to make our visit feel special. We stayed at The Morgan just before Christmas, and the lights made the hotel feel warm and festive, almost magical. We left feeling happy and relaxed after one of our best stays. We can't wait to come back, and would recommend The Morgan to anyone visiting Swansea.

We've been visiting Morgans for years, and my husband and I got engaged there 20 years ago this July. We came between Christmas and New Year, when my son had a really sore throat. I called reception to ask where I could get ice cream nearby. They checked the kitchen and then brought two tubs up to our room for free. That's excellent service. We always find the hotel helpful when we book direct, and we'll keep supporting them.

Lovely hotels aren't hard to find, but staff like the team at Morgan’s are much rarer. They made my stay with their kindness, helpfulness and obvious passion for the hotel and their work. The two Amy’s I met were just great. Thanks so much, and I hope you enjoyed the Doughnuts 😎

The breakfast was outstanding. I had the Welsh breakfast, and the beds were very comfortable too. We stayed in the Curlew Room in the Townhouse on 27th December, and from arrival the staff were lovely and the atmosphere warm. The shower was gorgeous. I've lived in London and visited Swansea regularly for the past thirty years, and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in there. I can't rate it highly enough.

The bar service was so lovely when I visited a few weeks ago. Luke and Rhys were two really cheerful young lads, and they clearly know their drinks. I'll be back for more cocktails!
