The service was great, with everyone friendly and efficient. The rooms were fine, but there wasn't much choice in the TV channels. The business park has a large parking area, though there isn't much room for long vans, and trucks and buses aren't welcome. I couldn't find a spot where I could back in tightly without the front 8 ft sticking out into the road. It's a bit of a drive from the motorway through 30 and the beloved 20mph. For planning, food stops at 9pm and the bar closes at 10pm.

The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were amazing and very helpful. The location is good, with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Wi-Fi wasn't great, and the hotel could use some refurbishing. The hallway carpets looked like they needed cleaning or replacing.

We went down on Halloween and found a bag of sweets and a little card in our room. The kids loved both, and they'll remember that thoughtful detail. Everyone on staff was cheerful, positive and helpful from start to finish, and finding our rooms was easy. Ours was spot on. I couldn't be happier with the choice for a family stay. I'd highly recommend it and will stay again when visiting family.

I'm staying with my son, who's my carer, for my aunt's funeral. Accessible rooms were booked, so we had a twin room and are due to move to an accessible room tomorrow, Monday 27/10, the day of the funeral. Reception said we could leave our packed cases and housekeeping would transfer them. The reception desk isn't very disability-friendly when you're in a wheelchair, with huge counters to talk over. If I'm having a good day and can walk a little with my crutch, it's fine. I value being able to go out for a cigarette independently, but one door isn't automatic and is difficult to manage in my chair. The room was dirty. There was something left beside the toilet seat that I had to clean myself, the tea tray area was dirty, and I had to clean the kettle and cups before using them. Then I noticed dust around the room and bathroom edges. I cleaned behind and under the tea tray too, where there were bits and old coffee stains. The carpet had lots of dirty marks, as did the chair seat. I used to be a housekeeper and know it's hard work, but this was disappointing. Getting from one building across the road to the main building with reception is too far for me, and my son doesn't like complaining. On day two, our key card failed and he had to go get new ones while I waited in the corridor. I'm hoping we don't have the same problems in the next room, especially after the funeral. I have pictures. Maybe the hotel where I worked had higher cleanliness standards. I don't usually stay at Premier Inn, I've usually gone to Holiday Inn Express over the years and never had a problem. We tried this Premier Inn because my family live five minutes up the road, and staying in my aunt's bungalow didn't feel right. I'll judge the stay by tomorrow's room and hope this was a one-off.

The cooked breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic, and the staff there and in the hotel were very friendly and courteous. When a power issue left my room in darkness, they quickly moved me to another one.
