The team who look after the rooms deserve a special thank you. Sofryat and Renee made sure my room was in great shape, and I appreciate the care they put into the rooms for all the guests. I also want to congratulate the restaurant team for their professional service, high standards and presentation of the varied menus. The management and support staff were excellent throughout, especially when I needed immediate help sorting out a technical problem with my membership status. Everyone seemed to work together to support guests, and the attention to detail made my stay what I hoped it would be. I would recommend this hotel. A few useful additions would be a larger, more noticeable sign about food allergies, a local bus timetable in the foyer and a Swansea city map.

The room was fine, and it was a relief to have heating as the weather was getting colder ahead of winter. We had a delicious pie of the day with mash in the restaurant, and the staff treated us so well. The free car park was great too. Thanks, Nial, for the warm service.

We chose this hotel for a short golf trip because it was centrally located for my friends and me. The rooms were clean and tidy, parking was free, and breakfast was a good start to a day on the course. We ate dinner in the restaurant too, where there were enough decent options and the wine bottles were good quality. We've stayed before and plan to come back.

The staff were friendly as usual, which is why I gave it a 6. My ground-floor room was clearly joined to the room next door, and the doors between them did nothing to block sound. I could hear everything. The bathroom was tiny, and I had to swing the shower screen over the toilet just to get into the shower. The desk wobbled, and the carpet was stained. The rooms and decor really need modernising.
