Singleton House parking and garden

The garden was a hit with my boys, who enjoyed playing football on the astro turf, and the utility room meant I could go home with clean clothes. The house is in a perfect location, with comfortable beds, clean equipment and bedding, and big towels provided. All the rooms are a decent size, and the place was clean and tidy. The company communicated brilliantly. It really felt like a home away from home, and I’d happily book this holiday home again.

It was windy and cold when we arrived with our kids on 8th January 2022, so clear instructions for collecting the key were a real relief after coming from a tropical country. The place was clean, well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. KG property's team were supportive and always helped when I needed them. It felt like home, and I’d recommend it to everyone.

We found a lovely forest walk through Clyne Valley that comes out by the seaside, with a handy Cafe along the way. There’s loads to see and do close by. The house is peaceful and warm, tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and has front and back gardens. The enclosed rear garden has a patio and astro turf. Inside feels fresh and modern, with good Wifi, internet enabled TV's and a large, well-equipped kitchen. By car, it’s five minutes to the Gower and just a few minutes to Swansea bay, Mumbles and the City Centre.

The beach is about a 10 minute walk away, and the local pub is only two minutes from the house, with great food. My sister stayed here for 10 days while visiting from Canada, and we dropped by a few times. We were really impressed by how comfortable the house was, especially for the price, and the estate was nice and quiet. She’ll definitely book again next time she visits.
