The property was nicely furnished and in a quiet location, but I had one of the worst nights’ sleep in ages. The bed felt like plywood, and after about five uncomfortable hours I went to sleep in the car. My whole right side was in pain the next day. I couldn’t face another night there, so I went home and was too tired to attend the event I’d come for. It could be a really nice place, but all the beds need replacing. Everyone staying with me found them very uncomfortable too.

It’s lovely and quiet here, with easy access to the beaches and Swansea. The accommodation is fantastic and there’s lots of room. The pub is just down the road, handy for lazy people like us who don’t want to cook. Highly recommended.

We’ve stayed a couple of times and it’s a superb cottage. There’s a huge kitchen, and I especially love the mezzanine. From the living room window you can look out over the village green. On one visit we even spotted wild horses from there.

Amazing cottage in a lovely little village. It’s a bit isolated, but the beaches are close and the city isn’t too far away.
