Travelodge Swansea Central

It gave us what we wanted from a Travelodge: a bed for the night, a shower in the morning, and easy check-in and check-out. The staff were very friendly, and check-in went smoothly. The room was laid out well, the bed was comfortable, and corridor noise was muted enough not to disturb us. A good stay, and I'll use it again when I take my son back to Uni.

We had three rooms while celebrating my birthday and my dad's. The reception and bar staff were lovely and helpful the whole time, even making coffee for us at midnight when we got back from celebrating. The next day I called because I thought I'd left some clothing behind, though I'd actually packed it. They called back to say they'd found my husband's grandmother's gold ring, then sent it to me without question. They didn't have to do that, and their honesty meant so much. Thank you to everyone involved xxxxx

Really disappointed with the upgraded room we paid extra for. The toilet was 'soiled', the coffee machine was dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was grime caked on the bathroom extractor fan too. Not impressed.

Just what we needed in central Swansea, clean, comfortable rooms and a good value breakfast. There's no hotel parking, but two public car parks are only a minute's walk away.
