The location suited me for visits between Port Talbot, Swansea and Burry Port. It's cheap, and the rooms feel a bit tired. There are no USB or C plugs in the rooms. Getting lots of luggage to your room is awkward because the fire doors don't open automatically.

My room was clean and very affordable, and there was plenty of parking. Amanda at reception was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was happy with my stay.

It's easy to drive into Swansea, and you can't beat the price. The staff were great, though the place feels a little dated and tired.

Amanda and Dave at the front desk gave excellent service. They got me checked in quickly and sorted out the parking so I wouldn't be charged. They also explained the opening times for the other service facilities and said they were there if I had any problems. My bedroom was clean and fresh, with that just-deep-cleaned smell. Some of the facilities are worn with age, but nothing was seriously damaged, and the small fixes needed wouldn't take much. It didn't detract from my stay. After a long day of work and driving, this is somewhere I'd be glad to use again.
