KG Properties made a big difference to our stay. Their team answered every question quickly and were keen to sort out anything that needed attention, which gave us real confidence. The house at 716 Mumbles Road, Mumbles looked recently renovated and was in very good shape, with clean rooms, nice furnishings and a kitchen stocked with appliances and utensils. We were there from Friday to Monday in May 2023. It sits across from the promenade with lovely bay views, and shops and restaurants on the main road are an easy walk. Other bays are reachable on foot in about half an hour if you don't mind a bit of effort, and Rhossili bay is a beautiful drive of roughly 30 minutes. I can't call anyone perfect, so it's a 4.9 from me if that were an option, but their professionalism was a major plus.

The KG Inspired Property app was genuinely useful, and the service team were great on WhatsApp. They even checked in the day after we arrived, which we appreciated. The house was comfortable and well maintained for a small group, though the advertised capacity of 11 seems optimistic to me, as more than six would feel cramped. It's on a terraced street, and finding nearby parking can depend on your arrival time. I'd consider booking with them again.

Parking took a bit of maneuvering, but we managed. The location wasn't especially attractive, though it was fine and felt safe. We had a really enjoyable stay: the house was cared for, and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

The lounge is on the small side, but there was loads of space to spend time in the kitchen or garden. That garden was lovely and caught the sun. A really great property, with everything clean and generously sized rooms.

Stayed for a week while working and had nothing to complain about. The service was amazing, a full 10/10. Great place, and I'd definitely come back and recommend it.
