Dennis was a polite and very helpful host, and the gluten-free breakfast option was much appreciated. My room was cleaned and made up to a high standard every day. The room and breakfast were excellent. I was there for work and have booked again for another assignment.

The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast had plenty of variety. Dennis made us feel very welcome and was such a friendly host. He suggested dinner at the train station, which turned out to be excellent. A wonderful stay in Tain, and I'd highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay and waking up in this beautiful town. Dennis was a great host, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

The room and bed were excellent, and breakfast was superb. I spent three nights here at the end of June 2025 and found the stay pleasant and stress-free. The host was attentive, friendly and helpful, with a great understanding of the local area. I'd highly recommend staying here and will definitely return if I'm nearby.

A short walk gets you to the station, local amenities and a nice path down to the shore. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh berries, cereal and a full cooked option. Thoroughly recommend!
